Between a Chinese factory and a Hyderabad godown there are roughly eleven points where cargo changes hands. Importing piecemeal means you are the coordinator at every one of them, and the person who absorbs the cost whenever two parties disagree.

Weekly consolidation from Guangzhou and Yiwu. 22 to 28 days door to door. The default for most Hyderabad traders.

Sealed at the factory, opened at your godown. Fewer handling stages and a few days quicker than LCL.

Into RGIA Air Cargo Complex. For urgent replenishment, samples and high-value, low-volume cargo.

Clearance is not the finish line
Plenty of agents treat “out of charge” as job done and leave you to arrange a truck to Sanathnagar, find labour and get the cargo off the vehicle. We deliver to the address and the consignment comes off at your end.

About door-to-door shipping
What does door to door actually include?
Collection from your supplier in China, export formalities, freight, Indian customs clearance, duty payment, inland transport and unloading at your address. One price, quoted before you ship.
Is door to door the same as DDP?
In practice yes — delivered duty paid. The difference on our no-IEC model is that we are the importer of record rather than acting as your agent, so you receive a GST invoice for a domestic supply instead of a customs bill of entry.
Does the price include duty?
We quote it as a separate, itemised line rather than burying it. Duty depends on your HS code, so a forwarder offering a single all-in number without knowing your product is guessing — and the guess will be corrected upward later.
How long does door-to-door take?
Sea: 22 to 28 days to Hyderabad. Air: 6 to 9 days. Both figures are door to door and already include clearance and delivery, not port to port.
Will someone unload at my address?
The vehicle arrives at your shop, godown or factory. Labour for unloading is arranged on request — tell us at booking if you have no staff or no loading dock, particularly for heavy or containerised cargo.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on scheduled runs — Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Guntur and Visakhapatnam are all regular routes.
