Plenty of agents treat “out of charge” as job done and leave you to arrange a truck from the clearance point, find labour and get the cargo off the vehicle. We deliver to the address and the consignment comes off at your end.

What does door to door actually include?
Collection from your supplier in China, export formalities, freight, Indian customs clearance, duty payment, inland transport and unloading at your address. One price, quoted before you ship.
Is door to door the same as DDP?
In practice yes, delivered duty paid. We quote duty as its own itemised line rather than burying it in a single all-in number, so you can see what the border cost and what the service cost.
Does the price include duty?
We quote it as a separate, itemised line rather than burying it. Duty depends on your HS code, so a forwarder offering a single all-in number without knowing your product is guessing, and the guess will be corrected upward later.
How long does door-to-door take?
Sea: 22 to 28 days to Hyderabad. Air: 6 to 9 days. Both figures are door to door and already include clearance and delivery, not port to port.
Will someone unload at my address?
The vehicle arrives at your shop, godown or factory. Labour for unloading is arranged on request. Tell us at booking if you have no staff or no loading dock, particularly for heavy or containerised cargo.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on scheduled runs, Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Guntur and Visakhapatnam are all regular routes.
