The actual problem
Alibaba is the expensive way to buy from China
Alibaba is built for foreign buyers, so its listings carry an export margin. The domestic platforms — 1688 and Taobao — are where Chinese wholesalers actually trade with each other, and the same item is routinely 20 to 40 percent cheaper there.
You cannot use them directly. They price in RMB, take Chinese payment methods, and deliver only to a Chinese address. That is the entire reason a sourcing agent exists.

You send the product
A link, a photograph or a description with your target quantity. Tell us the price you are paying now if you are already importing — it tells us instantly whether there is room.
We come back with real quotes
Usually two or three suppliers, with unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time and carton dimensions. Carton dimensions matter more than most buyers expect — they decide your freight, and freight is charged on volume.
Sample first, always
One sample by air, 6 to 9 days. Most suppliers credit the sample cost against the bulk order if you agree that before paying. Approve the sample in writing — it becomes the reference we inspect against.
Bulk order, paid and tracked
We place the order, pay in RMB and chase production. You get the supplier invoice, not a marked-up one.

Why buy through an agent
One consignment, not six parcels
Traders who buy direct usually end up with four suppliers shipping four separate parcels, four sets of freight and four clearances. Consolidating at one warehouse in China turns that into a single CBM figure, one bill of entry and one delivery.
That saving is normally larger than the sourcing fee.

About sourcing
Do you charge for sourcing if I do not end up ordering?
No. Identifying suppliers and getting you quotes costs you nothing. We earn on the shipment, so we have no reason to push you into an order that does not work on paper.
Can you buy from 1688 and Taobao? They only sell inside China.
Yes. Both platforms ship only to Chinese addresses and price in RMB, which is exactly why an agent is needed. We buy on our Chinese entity, take delivery at our Guangzhou or Yiwu warehouse, consolidate, and export the consignment.
How do I know the supplier is real?
We check business licence, registered capital, how long the entity has traded and whether the address is a factory or a trading office. For a first order we also ask for a video walkthrough. None of that is a guarantee, but it removes the obvious frauds.
Will you tell me the factory price, or is there a margin hidden in it?
You see the supplier invoice. Our fee is a separate line. If a supplier offers us a rebate we tell you and it comes off your cost.
Can you handle samples before a bulk order?
Yes, and you should always order one. Samples usually go by air or courier in 6 to 9 days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order with most suppliers if you ask before paying.
What if the goods arrive different from the sample?
We photograph and video every consignment at the warehouse before it loads, against your approved sample. If it does not match, it does not ship, and we take it up with the supplier while your goods are still in China — which is the only point at which you have any leverage.
